Mikoto was discovered as a Level 1 Electromaster, espers with the ability to generate and control electricity, when she was still a young girl. She enrolled in Academy City to train herself, working very hard until she was ranked a Level 5, becoming the third strongest among seven in this rank. Her ability to shoot projectiles such as coins at high, destructive speeds earned her the nickname, “The Railgun”.Stunning cosplay by Kanda Midori!
