The Captain of the 12th Division and President of the Shinigami Reseach Institute, Kurotsuchi Mayuri personifies the archetype of the mad scientist, viewing everyone as objects to be dissected in the lab. He takes great pride in his creations, such as his “daughter” Nemu, and condemns the concept of perfection. Mayuri has little regard for life or allegiances, going so far as turning his own subordinates as human bombs.Very impressive cosplay! It’s almost scary how similar he looks to the anime character.
