The current ruler of the Vampire world, Mina tends to act aggressive and cocky despite feeling very lonely deep down. She cares for the welfare of her people very much and will do anything in her power to protect her kind. She also sympathizes with the Fangless, creating a city underneath the Bund where they can live freely without persecution.Cosplayer Koyuki makes an excellent Mina! I really love the ribbons on her hair.
