Jason Momoa has had quite a year.
As little as a year and a half ago, the actor would have been considered (as his most recent onscreen nemesis/co-star Rose McGowan has said) a relative unknown. He had a loyal fan base from his work on Stargate: Atlantis and Baywatch, of course; however, it was his portrayal of savage and fearsome leader Khal Drogo on HBO’s Game of Thrones that really propelled Momoa into the center of the public’s eye.
This weekend the actor takes a step further into the fishbowl with his interpretation of writer Robert E. Howard’s iconic character Conan The Barbarian.
