CCI: "Avengers" Concept Art of Thor, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents: "Marvel has unveiled two more posters for 'The Avengers,' this time featuring concept art of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, and Samuel L. Jackson, Clark Gregg and Cobie Smulders as Nick Fury, Agent Coulson, and Maria Hill."

On Thursday Marvel released concept art for The Avengers of Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man and Chris Evans as Captain America, followed on Friday by illustrations of Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye and Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow. Now today finds the studio unveiling art of Chris Hemsworth as Thor, and … the movie’s key S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives.

That’s right, Marvel is holding Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, presumably to end Comic-Con International with a gamma-powered bang, and instead surprises us with an illustration of Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury, Clark Gregg as Agent Coulson and Cobie Smulders as Maria Hill, guns drawn and ready for action.
