If you stuck around until after the credits of Captain America: The First Avenger, you were treated to possibly the best after credits sequence in any Marvel movie yet. With Marvel’s 2012 Avengers movie filming for only a short while, I don’t think anyone expected to see this level of footage this early.
There’s quite a bit to see if you slow things down – and that’s exactly what we’ve done for you. Leading off the post, you’ll see a nice image of Thor, Cap, Banner, and Black Widow. All of the heroes are sporting updated looks and aside from the costume, Thor’s hair looks even longer.
I love the image of Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner. While it will likely be a while before we see footage/images of the Hulk, it’s nice to see Banner so early. The rumpled suit is a perfect look for the tortured scientist.
Scarlett Johansson’s Black Widow has a shorter hair style, similar to what Widow had in the comics for a while.
Something about this image of Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye just looks off. I think his head looks too big. However, if he’s anything like his cameo in Thor, the Renner has nailed the character. There’s a much better image of Hawkeye pulling back his bow in the full teaser.
