This (old) article basically says that parents should hope their kids turn goth, because most goths end up having a good career.

I can very much relate to that.
I have been in this subculture for years now, and I must say I'm very happy I didn't end up in another one.

I love my subculture with all my heart and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
