Every Marvel fan worth his or her salt knows to keep their eyes peeled for a Stan Lee cameo, whenever a movie adaptation of the comic book legend’s work is made. He’s naturally shown up briefly in every one of Marvel studio’s live-action films so far -- including an appearance as “Hugh Hefner” in Iron Man, “Larry King” in Iron Man 2, “Stan the Man” in Thor, and as a fellow who inadvertently drinks Bruce Banner’s blood in The Incredible Hulk.
It all but went without saying that Lee would also be popping up in director Marc Webb’s reboot, The Amazing Spider-Man, seeing how he has made multiple cameos in that franchise as well.
