Here are two new video clips and seven new images from the new episode of Young Justice entitled “Drop Zone,” set to air on Cartoon Network on Friday, January 28 at 7 p.m. Eastern. In the episode, Young Justice have their first official assignment – a covert recon mission to the VENOM-producing island of SANTA PRISCA. They find themselves caught in a struggle between the deadly BANE and cult leader KOBRA for possession of something far worse than they suspected.
So, we’re getting another animated incarnation of Bane and our first animated version of KOBRA (correct me if I’m wrong). I like that only 4 episodes in, the creative team is not going with the same old villains, but bringing in new ones to the animated DCU.
Anyone have any idea who the guy in the last image is? Looks like it might be Blockbuster. I guess we’ll find out on Friday.
